Comments, Reviews, and Emails

User Account
If you are an owner of an account on our website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel services at our sole discretion.
Employee Assignment
If you the CLIENT use the services of any Assigned Employee as your direct employee, as an independent contractor, or through any person or firm other than DES during the first 6 months after any assignment of the Assigned Employee to CLIENT from DES, CLIENT must notify DES and (a) continue the Assigned Employee’s assignment from DES for his or her remaining consecutive work hours for CLIENT up to (refer to the signed General Staffing Agreement) hours completed; or (b) you may choose to hire on a “temp to hire” employee before the hour requirement is complete for an additional fee. The Assigned Employee is ineligible for hire upon completion of hours or on a buy-out basis if CLIENT billing is not current. CLIENT must be in good standing and have no past due invoices or the buy-out provision is null and void.
You the CLIENT are not permitted to contact a DES employee outside of the On Demand service. The CLIENT will not use information provided by DES or DES On Demand to hire an employee outside of an assignment with DES Employment Group. Failure to abide by this may result in legal recourse.
